Low Country Slam
(November 1 - December 31st)
Limited Availability - Please Call
Are you looking to the most intense hog hunting opportunity available anywhere? Then come join us for our Low Country Slam where we pursue giant boars with highly trained hog dogs in the swamps of South Carolina! This hunt is for a group of 6 people and can be added to any package (when available) or done as a stand-alone hunt for those that don’t want to sit in a stand.
Depending on the time of the year, we will either hunt early in the morning or after dark and chase hogs for 4 hours. During this time, we will be following the dogs and waiting on them to find and bay up any hogs they find. Then, once they have caught a hog, we will quickly get to it and allow one of the hunters to use a large knife to kill it. We will then continue to follow the dogs as they search for more wild pigs until the time limit has been reached. Extra hours can be added to this hunt for $250 an hour.
Please note that while we will provide transportation around our hunting area while following the dogs, we suggest being in good shape since we will not be able to drive everywhere the dogs go and will have to walk and sometimes run to get to the scene of the action.
