I.     If the State of South Carolina is allowing Low Country Hunting Lodge to be open for business, have hunters at the           lodge and to proceed with our scheduled hunts.

 

             Low Country Hunting Lodge will be hunting on the dates you have scheduled!

                           1) If you choose to cancel your scheduled hunt or not show up for your scheduled hunt.

                                       a) Low Country Hunting Lodge will not be refunding any deposits paid or balances paid.

                                       b) Low Country Hunting Lodge will not put any deposits paid or balances paid towards a                                                       future hunt.

II.    If the State of South Carolina issues a second mandatory shutdown due to COVID-19 and Low Country Lodge               must remain closed during this shutdown.

             Low Country Hunting Lodge will contact the affected hunters and reschedule their hunts for a later date.

​

                           1) If you chose to cancel your hunt instead of rescheduling your hunt.

                                       a) Low Country Hunting Lodge will not be refunding any deposits paid or balances paid.

                                       b) Low Country Hunting Lodge will not put any deposits paid or balances paid towards a                                                       future hunt.

                                       c) Low Country Hunting Lodge will not put any deposits paid or balances paid towards another                                             hunters deposit or balance due.

                           2) Low Country Hunting Lodge will only reschedule your hunt one time due to the COVID-19                                                 mandatory shutdown.

                                       a) If you choose to call and reschedule the hunt for a second time, you will be required to pay                                               the cost for a new hunt.

                                       b) Low Country Hunting Lodge will not be refunding any deposits paid or balances paid.

                                       c) Low Country Hunting Lodge will not put any deposits paid or balances paid towards a                                                       future hunt.

                                       d) Low Country Hunting Lodge will not put any deposits paid or balances paid towards another                                             hunters deposit or balance due.

III.    If your home state issues a travel ban to the State of South Carolina and you cannot make it for your scheduled              hunt.

             You can choose to either cancel your hunt or book a new hunt at a later date. We are very sorry, but we can't                    afford to keep giving out free hunts and stay in business (see Covid Update page for an explanation of why).

                                       d) If you decide to book a future hunt with Low Country Hunting Lodge after cancelling, you                                                 will be required at the time of booking to pay for that new hunt in full.

                                       e) If you decide to again cancel or not show up for a second booked hunt you will no longer be                                             allowed at Low Country Hunting Lodge.
