Policies
If the State of South Carolina is allowing Low Country Hunting Lodge to be open for business, then we will be hunting on the dates you have scheduled!
If you choose to cancel or NOT show up for your scheduled hunt Low Country Hunting Lodge will not be refunding any deposits paid nor putting it towards a future hunt.
Deposits & Booking
Upon the completion of your phone conversation with Low Country Hunting Lodge, I will immediately e-mail each hunter via Adobe Sign a link to the "Hunt Confirmation Letter".
After signing our rules and waiver, each hunter can pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, via a Quickbooks link within 48 hours to secure their spot.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice.
Final Hunt Payment is due 10 days prior to your hunt.
Hunt Rescheduling
-
LCHL does not reschedule hunts for any reason except if it is caused by us not being able to be open for business.
-
If you would like to reschedule your hunt we require you to pay for a new hunt or you can find someone to take your spot.
- Why you ask? Because when a hunter calls to reschedule their hunt, the hunter is actually booking a second hunt on different dates, not actually rescheduling their original hunt. And this is after we have held the date and turned away other hunters that would have booked the original dates. We can't afford that as a small lodge.
Safety & Conduct
All hunters must follow guide instructions and firearm safety at all times.
Harvest Rules
Harvest limits and regulations apply.
